Schedule of Worship Pattern On First Day Morning:
1. Prepare the altar for devi worship.
2. Do Devi Pranpratishta and Kalash Sthapana
3. Do Trikala Shodashopachara Pooja
4. Recite in the Afternoon - Sri Devi Bhagavatham and Devi Suktam
Evening - Sri lalitha Sahasranama and Trisati stotra or
alternatively Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati Sahasranamas at Night
- Sri Devi Bhagavadha UpannyasDuring this 9 nights, Devi should be worshipped with 9 varieties of all of the following rice (akshatam), flowers, decoration(alanghar)and sahasranama.

In the case of sahasranama, Every day devi pooja can also be done assuming the girl child as Devi...this practice is known as Kumari Puja.

Starting with 2 year old girl child for the first day, it ends with 10 year old girl on the nineth day.
